Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ifelse ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ifelse is a programmable team workspace that provides document editing, file storage, search, and API/MCP workflow capabilities for teams.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malware, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

5. Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in ifelse. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the Service.

6. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access to the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Upon termination, your content will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ifelse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
